In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hz666", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the hz666 platform, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" refers to the hz666 website at hz666.app, including all gaming products, sportsbook services, payment systems, and account management features accessible through it.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the hz666 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the hz666 Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and player profile.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's hz666 account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's account by hz666 under any promotional scheme.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or gaming transaction placed by a Player using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on the hz666 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory in which accessing or using online gambling platforms is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required by hz666 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise deemed necessary.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency on the hz666 Platform.

By accessing the hz666 Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and hz666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or arrangements.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and use the hz666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hz666 or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had an account suspended or terminated by hz666 for any reason.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or gambling exclusion list recognised by hz666's licensing authority.

hz666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of hz666 services — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, and casino gaming — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if any details change. hz666 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

hz666 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons. Registration does not guarantee eligibility to use all features of the Platform; certain features are subject to additional verification or restrictions based on account status, jurisdiction, or payment history.

Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal requests suspended pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hz666 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. hz666 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account via SMS verification, which is available in account security settings.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. hz666 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Any Wager placed using your account credentials is considered authorised and binding, regardless of whether it was placed by you personally.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of protection.
• Notify hz666 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use password managers or autofill on devices you do not personally own and control.

hz666 reserves the right to lock or suspend an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending a security review. During a security lock, access to Balance and pending withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. hz666 will notify the registered account email address upon initiating any account security review.

hz666 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. hz666 reserves the right to carry out anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any transaction and to request source-of-funds documentation where required.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed during standard banking hours and are typically credited within one hour. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change at hz666's discretion with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. hz666 reserves the right to apply a processing period before releasing withdrawal funds; the standard processing timeframe is stated in the cashier section and shall not exceed what is disclosed to the Player at the time of the withdrawal request. hz666 will only process withdrawals to payment methods previously used to make a deposit to the account, subject to the same ownership verification requirements.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time will be processed within the stated timeframe for that payment method.
• hz666 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal above a designated threshold.
• Funds held as Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• hz666 does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals; any charges levied by the Player's payment provider are the Player's responsibility.

Any suspicion of fraudulent financial activity — including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or structuring of deposits to evade AML checks — will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

hz666 may offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback schemes, or other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotional-specific term shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements state the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Contributions of different game types toward wagering requirements vary; slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotional terms.
• hz666 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if hz666 reasonably determines that a Player has attempted to exploit or abuse a promotional offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotional terms explicitly permit stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.

hz666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect Players who have already partially completed the applicable wagering requirements at the time of modification.

All Wagers placed on the hz666 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

In relation to sports betting, including PSL cricket markets and all other sports covered by the hz666 sportsbook:

• Odds are displayed at the time of placing the Wager and are locked at that price upon confirmation, except in the case of live in-play markets where odds change continuously until the Wager is confirmed.
• hz666 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on a market where a palpable error in odds pricing has occurred, including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds arising from data feed errors.
• In the event of a match, event, or game being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to that market will apply as set out in the sportsbook rules section.
• Maximum Wager limits per event and per market are set at the Platform level and may vary by account tier, event type, and market type.
• hz666 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any Wager at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

All game outcomes for casino products — including live dealer games, slots, and digital table games — are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator systems or live dealing by professional dealers operating under regulated studio conditions. hz666 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hz666 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be subject to legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events where you have non-public information that could provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a glitch shall be void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, whether in live dealer games or sports betting syndicates, to manipulate outcomes or extract guaranteed profits.
• Attempting to launder money or disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity through the hz666 Platform.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit, documented consent.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or KYC requirements.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with hz666 staff or other Players via any support or communication channel.

hz666 employs technical monitoring, fraud detection systems, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above may result in immediate action without prior warning.

hz666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. These tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account settings section of the Platform at any time, without requiring a support request.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals to remind Players of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a mandatory break of between 24 hours and 90 days during which account access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and cannot be lifted on request during that period. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted to [email protected].

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from hz666.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use hz666 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation not authorised in writing by hz666.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of hz666 intellectual property may result in legal proceedings. Reports of intellectual property infringement should be directed to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hz666 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Platform's content, odds data, or game results.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account arising from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any technical failure, connectivity issue, or service interruption beyond hz666's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, power failures, or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Loss of winnings or profits arising from a Wager voided in accordance with these Terms.

Where hz666's liability cannot be excluded by law, hz666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

hz666 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness for purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

hz666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a Player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Determination that a Player is ineligible to use the Platform under Clause 3.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, hz666 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — for example, at the Player's own request or following self-exclusion — any verified real-money Balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any pending verification steps.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by submitting a request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any open Wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sportsbook rules.

hz666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hz666 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and will display a notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will state the date on which they come into force.

Your continued use of the hz666 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure under Clause 13. hz666 will not apply retrospective amendments to settled Wagers or completed transactions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable under hz666's operating licence. hz666 operates under international licensing standards and complies with the applicable regulatory framework governing its licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and hz666:

• The Player must first submit a formal complaint to hz666's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and all relevant account information.
• hz666 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.
• If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction within the stated timeframe, the Player may escalate the matter to hz666's licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body as designated under the applicable licence.

Players agree not to pursue any claim against hz666 through class action proceedings or as part of a group claim. Each dispute shall be addressed individually between the relevant Player and hz666.
